Strength Coach Adam – WAREHOUSE-GYM Denia/Spain

He started in a young age of almost 18 years back in the 70’s to train in a so called “Sportstudio” in Darmstadt/Germany. At a hight of 179cm he was very light, 61 kg only.

The first years of his training, Adam travelled by bike and train for hours to the mentioned ‘Sportstudio’, haven’t failed once the training in years and build therefore the base for much later. It should be mentioned on that occasion, that he developed his strength naturaly without use of PED’s (Performance Enhancing Drugs) Two studies at German Universities in the field of Science, founding a family and many job assignments abroad never stopped him to train.

Due to a job related accident end of 2014, he had plenty of time to recover and therefore he started to watch Strength Channels on YouTube. In 2015 one of his friendships grew intensively with Yasar from Germany, who motivated Adam to compete just some weeks later at the German Nationals of the German Drug Free Powerlifting Federation (GDFPF). Adam was winning straight away in 2015 his first German Title in Bench Press resulting in a huge motivation. This was the start of a Strength Adventure for the following years, leading finally in the WAREHOUSE-GYM. Several German titles as well as the title of an European and World Champion (Bench Press) of the World Drug Free Powerlifting Federation (WDFPF) have been his achievements.

Beside that, Adam started to educate himself in the field of Fitness, participating as well at professional eductions such as Strength Coach Seminars over in Germany.

Already in 2015 the idea was born, to open in future ‘a sort’ of Training Facility. It took some time to develope this Gym Concept, identify the ideal equipment and find an adequate place for this purpose. Focusing first on Powerlifting Equipment lead to a variety which are nowadays an important part of the WAREHOUSE-GYM in Denia/Spain.

End of 2019 a contact was established to Germany, the continuation of the further incorporation of high end trainings equipment. Please read more under ‘History of the Warehouse-Gym’.
